COVID-19 update – Travel restrictions, Isolation requirements.
As part of its response to managing the Covid-19 outbreak the New Zealand Government announced on Saturday 14 March 2020 further border measures. These include extending travel restrictions and self-isolation requirements for most people arriving into New Zealand. - As a precautionary measure and in order to avoid the spread of the novel Coronavirus/ Covid-19, all applicants visiting the Visa Application Center are required to have their body temperature checked at the entrance. Those who have a fever will be asked to leave and return another day when their health improves.
Temporary entry restrictions into New Zealand extended.
The New Zealand Government is placing temporary entry restrictions into New Zealand, on all foreign nationals travelling from, or transiting Iran or mainland China, to assist with the containment of the COVID19 (Novel Coronavirus).
